摘要
目的:观察活血逐瘀汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(黛力新)治疗丘脑卒中后引发丘脑痛的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者按随机数字法分为治疗组33例和对照组32例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(黛力新)治疗,每次20 mg,早晚各1次,口服,4周为1个疗程。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用活血逐瘀汤治疗,药物组成:红花15 g,桃红15 g,川芎15 g,秦艽15 g,当归15 g,地龙10 g,没药15 g,香附10 g,牛膝15 g,羌活15 g,延胡索15 g,鸡血藤15 g。每日1剂,水煎分早晚两次温服。观察两组患者的临床疗效和视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)情况。结果:治疗后对照组有效率为34.38%,治疗组有效率为66.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VAS评分均有改善,两组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗丘脑卒中后引发的丘脑痛疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Zhuyu Tang combined with flupentixol and melitracen （ Dai Lixin） treatment of thalamic pain caused after thalamic stroke, and to explore a new method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of thalamic pain. Methods：65 patients with thalamic pain after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group 33 cases and control group 32 cases. The control group was given Deanxit 20 rag, sooner or later each piece of oral administration, around a course. The treatment group in the control group based on the use of Huoxue Zhuyu Tang orally administered drugs： Honghua （ Safflower ） 15 g, Taoren （Pink） 15 g, Chuanxiong （ Ligusticum wallichii） 15 g, Qiaojiao （Gentiana） 15 g, Danggui （Angelica） 15 g, Dilong （Earthworm） 10 g, Moyao （Myrrh） 15 g, Xiangfu （Cyperus） 10 g, N iuxi （ Achyranthes ） 15 g, Q ianghuo （Notopterygium） 15 g, Yanhusuo （Corydalis） 15 g, Jineijin （ Caulis Spatholobi） 15 g. A agent, water decoction and taking the morning and evening. Resuhs：After treatment, the efficiency of control group was 34.38%, the treatment group was 66.67%, and the difference was statistical significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the patients in the two groups VAS scores were improved, comparing the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thalamic pain caused by thalamic pain is significant.
