摘要
研究针对辣椒制品的特点,采用乙腈-四氢呋喃混合溶液(1∶1)作为提取溶剂,经过简便、有效的浸提方式,选择乙腈和水(60∶40)为流动相,通过选择性强的荧光检测器(激发波长229nm,发射波长320nm)进行分析,能简单、快速、高效地检测辣椒制品中的辣椒素类物质。该方法对辣椒素的检出限为0.1mg/kg、二氢辣椒素的检出限为0.02mg/kg,回收率为87%~105%,精密度为1.4%~4.9%。该检测方法操作简便,定量准确,重现性好,适用范围广。
According to the composite characteristics of capsicum products, take acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran mixture (1 : 1) as the solvent, acetonitrile and water (60 : 40) as the mobile phase, capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin are detected by HPLC with FLD (Ex is 229 nm and Era is 320 nm). The detection method is more convenient and efficient, with the detection limit of capsaicin is 0.1 mg/kg, and the detection limit of dihydrocapsaicin is 0.02 mg/kg, the recovery rate is 87% 105%, the precision is 1.4%-4.9%. This detection method has accurate quantification, good repro- ducibility and wide application scope.
