摘要
采用称质量法和小液流法在果期对辣椒植株进行干旱处理,研究干旱胁迫对辣椒叶片水势和果实中Vc含量的影响.结果表明:叶片水势随着干旱胁迫程度的增加而不断降低,轻度干旱、中度干旱、重度干旱3种处理的叶片水势均显著低于CK.从花后第25天开始持续不同程度的干旱处理,轻度干旱有利于果实Vc含量的积累;在果实成熟的不同阶段进行干旱胁迫发现,花后第40天,正常供水的植株辣椒果实Vc含量较高;花后第40到45天,轻度和中度干旱均能提高果实Vc的积累,而重度干旱胁迫则明显抑制果实Vc的积累.研究结果可为干旱地区辣椒果实Vc含量的提高提供一定的参考.
The soil drought experiment was done by weighing method and small liquid flow,the effect of drought stress on leaf water potential and Vc content of pepper fruit was studied in this paper.The results showed that light drought was conducive to the accumulation of Vc content on 25 days after flowering (DAF) ;after 40 DAF,Vc content of CK group was higher,from 40 to 45 days,light drought (LD) could increase the accumulation of Vc content in pepper fruit,while severe drought (SD) significantly inhibited Vc accumulation of pepper fruit.This result provided a reference for improving Vc content of pepper fruits in arid area.
