几种HPGeγ能谱分析软件的分析能力比对 被引量:5

Comparison of Performance of Several Analysis Softwares for HPGe γ Spectrum

摘要 HPGeγ能谱分析软件的分析能力直接影响γ能谱分析结果的准确性和可靠性。本文利用国际原子能机构(IAEA)2002年度γ能谱分析软件国际比对的目标谱和全面禁止核试验条约组织2010年度放射性核素实验室能力验证的参考样品谱,对GammaVision、Genie2000、AATAMI和GammaSharp 4种γ能谱分析软件的分析能力进行了测试与研究。结果表明,这4种软件的交互分析能力基本相当,但自动分析时在峰面积计算、弱峰识别、弱峰面积计算方面的能力存在差异,研究成果为用户根据需求选用HPGeγ能谱分析软件提供参考和借鉴。 The accuracy and reliability of spectrum analysis result are dependent on the analysis capability of HPGeγ-ray spectrum software.Four analysis softwares,GammaVision,Genie2000,AATAMI and GammaSharp were used to analyze the spectrum of the IAEA 2002 intercomparison of software for low-levelγ-ray spectrometry and the reference sample spectrum of CTBT proficiency test exercise(PTE)2010.After the performance of those softwares was compared,it was concluded that the capability of those softwares to calculate the peak area and search the small peaks is different,but their interactive analysis capabilities are nearly same.The comparison can be used for reference to choose the suitable softwares.
