摘要
通过对有砟-无砟轨道过渡段存在问题的分析,指出过渡段最主要的病害为接合部地段薄弱和后期道床沉降差异大;采用道砟胶将散粒体道砟粘结起来可以解决这2个问题。针对目前国内采用道砟胶后存在的问题,总结了施工道砟胶的关键控制技术;提出应从设置位置、道砟质量、施工过程及材料质量、施工初期质量和施工后期质量5个方面来控制道砟胶的施工质量,并从根本上解决有砟-无砟轨道过渡段病害造成的频繁维修问题,达到后期养护维修工作量少的目的。
Through the analysis of the existing defects in ballast-ballastless track transition zone,the most important defects in transition zone are the weak joint zone and the large settlement difference of roadbed. These two problems can be solved by gluing ballast together by using ballast glue. In view of the existing problems after using ballast glue in China,the key control technologies of ballast glue during construction were summarized. The construction quality of using ballast glue should be controlled through five aspects,which are the location,the ballast quality,the construction process and material quality,the early construction quality,and the late construction quality. The frequent maintenance caused by the defects in ballast-ballastless track transition zone can be avoided fundamentally to achieve the purpose of maintenance reducing during later period.
