摘要
研究了基于"浅池原理"的斜管组结构在重力式油水分离装置中的作用机理。利用Stokes公式推导了影响斜管组除油效率的关键参数,为提高油水分离装置的除油效率提供了理论依据。从理论上求出了离散相油滴在斜管组结构中的停留时间,并与流体动力学仿真软件FLUENT求解的仿真结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:基于"浅池原理"的斜管组除油过程实质为斜管组内离散相油滴间的碰撞与聚结,其表象为离散相油滴在水相中的浮升与分离。
The mechanism of the inclined tube group structure is studied based on "the principle of shallow pool" in gravity type of oil-water separator in this paper,and the key parameters affecting the efficiency of oil removal of the tube separator based on the Stokes formula is found out. The study conclusion can provide theoretical basis to improve the efficiency of oil removal of the device. And the residence time in the inclined tube group structure is got in theory, and it is compared with the simulation results calculated with the fluid dynamics simulation software FLU-ENT. The result shows that the oil removal mechanism of the inclined tube group based on 44 the principle of shallow poor , is essentially the collision and coalescence of the dispersed phase in the inclined tube group,and its representation is the float and separation of the dispersed phase of oil in the water phase.
