摘要
提出了一种改进的包络排样算法即犄角形包络排样,该算法采用犄角形对不规则零件进行包络,不需要预先对零件进行凹变凸处理,能够有效提高零件凹陷区域的排样准确率。基于此算法,在NX平台开发了汽车冲压件坯料排样系统,通过某汽车零件的实例分析,证明了该系统的有效性和实用性。
An improved enclosure layout algorithm named enclosure horn was PrOPosed. The algorithm adopted horn shape to enclose irregular parts, and it avoided the pre-processing of transforming concave polygons to convex polygons. Therefore, it could effectively improve the layout accuracy of the concave area. Based on this algorithm, the blank nesting wizard (BNW) system of blank layout of automotive stamping parts was developed on NX platform. An example of automotive parts was given to illustrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the system.
