摘要
中医药源自中国古代,而茶叶也最早产于中国,它们均是中华民族的宝贵财富,亦是炎黄子孙的骄傲。在药食同源的古代,许多中药既是药材又是食材,两者密不可分,茶叶作为我国传统食材之一,同时,也是一味常用中药,有它独特的功效。现代研究也表明,茶叶具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降脂等多重功效。黑茶作为一类后发酵茶,因其特殊的加工工艺而有别于其他茶类,文章将重点探讨茶叶、黑茶在中医学中的特殊功效,以及黑茶的药用机制。
Chinese medicine originated in ancient China,and tea is grown in China,they both are the precious wealth of the Chinese nation,and the pride of Chinese descendant.In ancient,many Chinese medicines are both medicine and food,and the two are inseparable.Tea as one of the traditional food of China also is a commonly used Chinese medicine with unique effects.Modern researches show that tea has multi effects in oxidation resistance,anti-tumor,lipid-lowering,and so on.Dark tea as a kind of fermented tea is different from the other tea because of its special processing technology.This paper will focus on the special effects of tea and dark tea in Chinese medicine and the medicinal mechanism of dark tea.
