Senior Engineer, Deputy Secretary-General of IGRS Alliance, member of IGRS standardization technical committee, and convener of IEC/SEG 1/WG 4 and IEC/SEG 1/WG 5, etc. He has devoted himself to the IGRS international standardization work for many years, promoting the approval of 14 international standards of IGRS in ISO/IEC, of which 8 have been published. Besides, he has also participated in the development of over 20 national and industrial standards.Director of standards operation in IGRS Alliance. He made great efforts to promote the development of IGRS standards.
