摘要
新时期下无论是国家还是社会各界都对培养创新型技能人才不断地提出新的要求和标准。而高职院校学生干部是这些技能型人才中的精英分子,那么在学校的日常培养中,培养和提高学生干部自身的创新能力就显得非常重要。加强学生干部创新能力的培养主要从积极营造创新能力培养的校园氛围,建立科学合理的学生干部选拔制度等着手,多途径提高学生干部的创新意识,提高学生干部的基础知识水平。
In the new era,the state and society bring forward new requests and standards on the cultivating of innovative skill-oriented talents.In higher vocational colleges,student cadres are the elites among the skill-oriented talents,hence it is of great importance to cultivate and improve the innovative competence of the student cadres.It is suggested that a diversified training model should be adopted to enhance the innovative competence of student cadres,ranging from creating a favorable atmosphere on campus to establishing a scientific and rational selecting system,so as to enhance their innovative competence and the level of foundation knowledge.
