摘要
产业技术创新平台是特定产业领域中承担技术研发、应用和扩散职能的各种技术设施及创新单元,包括产业基础技术创新平台、产业共性技术创新平台、产业专用技术创新平台和产业技术创新支撑服务平台等4种主要类型。以群落生态学的视角和方法探讨产业技术创新平台群落结构及演化机理,针对我国产业技术创新平台群落演化的现状和问题提出相应的发展对策建议。
Industrial technological innovation platforms refer to the technological infrastructures and innovative units re- sponsible for technology research, application and diffusion in specific industrial areas. The innovation platforms can be classified into infra- technology innovation platforms, generic technology innovation platforms, proprietary technology inno- vation platforms and supporting service platforms. From the perspective of community ecology, this paper proposes a discus- sion about the population structure and evolution mechanism of industrial technological innovation platforms, and provides preliminary countermeasures and suggestions for the evolution of Chinese industrial technological innovation platforms.
