PBL教学在肿瘤科临床实习教学中效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨以问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)在肿瘤科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取138位我院肿瘤科护理专业实习生,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组69位,对照组予传统的教师讲授为主教学模式,研究组采用PBL教学模式,对比两种模式教学效果。结果研究组理论知识平均成绩、综合能力成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,但理论知识比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),综合能力成绩和总成绩组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生对自身自学能力、独立思考能力、语言表达能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力、资料查询能力等满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式在肿瘤科临床实习教学具有明显优势,可更大程度提高实习生综合素质,值得临床教学采纳。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of PBL application in clinical oncology practice. Methods One- hundred and thirty-eight interns were randomly divided into two groups, which was from the oncology department of our hospital. Each group has 69 cases. The control group was given the lectures based on traditional teaching model by professors. The study group was given PBL teaching mode. At last, we compare the effectiveness of the two modes. Results The average ability scores and achievement scores of the study group were higher than that of the control group, but the average of theoretical knowledge scores between the two groups have no significant difference (P〉0.05). The comprehensive ability scores and total scores between the two groups have significant difference (P〈0.05).The abilities of self-learning, independent on thinking, language skill, teamwork, problem-solving, searching lecture in the study Group were significant higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching mode in the clinical oncology practice teaching has obvious advantages, which can improve the overall quality of interns. It is worthy of being adopted in teaching management.
