摘要
通过对某企业中轮拖10年产量发展及传动系壳体加工工艺方案变化的分析整理,认为未来中轮拖将向多品种小批量的生产模式转变。为了适应产品的发展变化,结合我国现代制造技术发展方向的规划,探索出适合某企业的中轮拖传动系壳体制造工艺方案,以适应实际情况并实现智能化制造的逐步转变。
The paper analyzed 10-year change of tractor production and transmission process plan in a medium wheeled tractor enterprise,and considered that the production mode of medium wheeled tractor will change to multi-variety and small-batch production. In order to meet the development and change of the product,combined the development direction of modern manufacturing technology,it explored a suitable processing technology for medium wheeled tractor transmission shell so as to fit the actual situation and realize the gradual transformation of intelligent manufacturing.
