ZL108铝筒断裂原因分析

摘要 某公司生产的铝筒在使用过程中发生断裂。在断裂部位取样并对断口进行了宏观形貌分析、微观形貌分析、化学成分分析和硬度分析,结果表明,断裂铝筒的主要化学成分符合GB/T 1173《铸造铝合金》对ZL108的要求,显微组织正常,但是在铝筒断面上可以观察到较多气孔,此外铝筒的硬度低于GB/T 1173《铸造铝合金》对ZL108的要求。综合分析可以确定,ZL108铝筒基体内存在较多气孔,硬度较低,这是造成其断裂的根本原因;此外在裂源附近存在塑性形变痕迹,这可能是铝筒在使用过程中受外物撞击所致,是引发铝筒断裂的诱因。 The aluminum tube produced by one company was fractured during use. The specimen was sampled from the fracture section. The macroscopic and metallographic examination,chemical composition analysis and hardness testing of fracture were conducted. The results showed that the main chemical composition of fractured aluminum tube could meet the requirements of ZL108 in national standard GB/T 1173 Cast aluminum alloy. Moreover,the microstructure was also normal. However,there were many air holes in fracture section,which reduced the hardness of aluminum tube. The comprehensive analysis indicated that the hardness of ZL108 aluminum tube was greatly reduced due to the air holes,which was the primary reason for fracture. Moreover,the plastic deformation trace was observed near the source of crack,which was possibly caused by the external impact during use,and it was the inducement of fracture for aluminum tube.
