超敏C-反应蛋白、血尿酸与不同危险分层急性非ST段抬高型冠脉综合征患者的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸(SUA)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与不同危险分层急性非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSTEACS)的关系。方法选取2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治确诊的NSTEACS患者78例作为观察组,其中NSTEACS低危组24例,中危组27例,高危组27例。选取我院同期住院排除冠心病的患者52例作为对照组。所有患者在入院后第2天清晨采空腹静脉血或急诊冠状动脉造影术前采静脉血,检测各组患者SUA、hs-CRP水平。结果 SUA和hs-CRP水平随着NSTEACS患者危险分层的增高而升高。两者在高危组中水平均最高;高、中危组SUA、hs-CRP水平与低危组及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。低危组的SUA水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。低危组的hs-CRP水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。SUA和hs-CRP水平与不同危险分层NSTEACS呈正相关(r1=0.528、r2=0.446,P均〈0.05)。结论 SUA、hs-CRP水平与不同危险分层NSTEACS密切相关。检测SUA、hs-CRP水平对不同危险分层NSTEACS患者病情程度评估有重要参考价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(SUA),high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and different risk stratification of patients with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTEACS).Methods Altogether 78 cases of confirmed NSTEACS patients who had been treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as observation group,including 24 cases in the low risk group,27 cases in middle risk group and 27 cases in high risk group.Meanwhile,52 cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart diseases in the same period were selected as control group.Fasting venous blood was drawn from all the patients in the early morning of the2 nd day after their admission or before emergency coronary angiography for detection of SUA and hs-CRP levels in both groups.Results The level of SUA and hs-CRP increased in the higher risk stratification of NSTEACS patients,and was the highest in high risk group.The level of SUA and hs-CRP in both high and middle risk groups was significantly higher than that in low risk group and control group respectively(P〈0.05).There was also significant difference in SUA level between low risk group and control group(P〈0.05).Compared with that of control group,the level of hs-CRP in low risk group was higher but without significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).SUA and hs-CRP levels were significantly positively correlated with different risk stratification of NSTEACS(r1=0.528,r2=0.446,P〈0.05).Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP and SUA are closely related to the different risk stratification of NSTEACS patients.Therefore,the detection of SUA and hs-CRP levels in different risk stratification of NSTEACS patients has important reference significance in assessment of the patients′conditions.
