摘要 目的通过比较增强CUBE T_2FLAIR序列和增强3D T_1WI序列扫描来探讨CUBE T_2FLAIR序列对脑膜炎的临床应用价值。方法对41例确诊脑膜炎的患者行常规扫描后再行CUBE T_2FLAIR序列和3D T_1WI序列增强扫描,分别统计增强后CUBE T_2FLAIR序列和3D T_1WI序列显柔脑膜增强情况,分析两种影像技术对脑膜炎的检出率及显示情况。结果 41例患者中,病毒性脑膜炎30例,结核性脑膜炎11例,病变增强后信号高低按照未显示、可显示和明显显示计数。增强CUBE T_2FLAIR序列,30例病毒性脑膜炎明显显示26例,可显示2例,未显示2例;11例结核性脑膜炎明显显示6例,可显示4例,未显示1例。增强3D T_1WI序列30例病毒性脑炎明显显示9例,可显示11例,未显示10例;11例结核性脑膜炎明显显示7例,可显示2例,未显示2例。两者在毒性脑膜炎显示上相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),在结核性脑膜炎显示上相比差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在显示脑膜炎方面,增强CUBE T_2FLAIR序列比增强3D T_1WI序列更敏感。 Objective By comparing the enhanced CUBE T2FLAIR sequence and enhanced scanning 3D T1WI sequence to explore the clinical application value of meningitis for CUBE T2FLAIR sequence. Methods After the undergoing routine scan for 41 eases diagnosed meningitis patients, CUBE T2FLAIR sequence and 3D T^WI sequence enhancement scan was underwent. Collect enhanced CUBE T2FLAIR sequence and show leptomeninges enhanced 3D T1WI sequence, analyze two kinds of imaging detection and display of meningitis. Results Of 41 patients, 30 cases with viral meningitis, tuberculous meningitis in 11 cases, lesions enhanced signal level in accordance with no display, could display and clear the count. By strengthening CUBE T2FLAIR sequence, 30 cases with viral meningitis obviously showed that in 26 cases, 2 cases can be shown, not show in 2 cases; 11 cases of tuberculous meningitis clearly showed in 6 cases, 4 cases could be shown, not shown in 1. By Enhanced sequence 3D T1WI, of 30 cases, viral encephalitis obviously were showed in 9 cases, 11 cases could be shown, not shown in 10 cases; Of 11 eases, tuberculous meningitis obviously were showed in 7 cases, 2 cases can be shown, not shown in 2 cases. There were statistically significant differences (P〈0.01) in the comparison of toxic meningitis. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion In the aspect of displaying meningitis, the enhancement of the CUBE T2FLAIR sequence is more sensitive than the enhancement of 3D T1WI sequences.
