摘要
超声造影在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的诊断和评估治疗效果方面已有较好的应用。如评价与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性有关的因素、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与某些疾病之间的关联性,以及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块药物治疗后的情况等,还可以结合其他影像学方法共同评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块。本文就超声造影在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的应用现状和进展作一综述,以期为临床诊治疾病提供帮助。
Contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS）is valuable for carotid artery plaques diagnosis.CUES is performed to evaluate the plaques stability,the association between plaques and certain diseases,and effects after medication,and it is used to evaluate plaques along with other imaging methods. This paper reviews the application in the evaluation of carotid artery using CEUS.
