摘要
目的探讨二甲双胍与门冬胰岛素30联合使用对2型糖尿病的治疗疗效以及安全性。方法我院收治的86例2型糖尿病患者,随机数字法分为对照组以及试验组,对照组患者进行皮下注射门冬胰岛素30,试验组在对照组的基础上加用二甲双胍片。比较两组患者各项指标(血糖、血脂、血液流变学变化情况),记录两组患者血糖达标时间、体质量指数。结果试验组以及对照组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著优于治疗前,试验组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白含量低于对照组治疗后。试验组在治疗后血糖达标时间为(5.4±1.5)d,对照组在治疗后血糖达标时间为(8.8±1.8)d。试验组和对照组患者在治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C均明显低于治疗前,经治疗后试验组TC、TG明显低于对照组。试验组以及对照组治疗后血浆黏度、全血黏度、血小板黏附率质量均显著优于治疗前,试验组治疗后血浆黏度、全血黏度、血小板黏附率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍以及门冬胰岛素30联合使用对于2型糖尿病的治疗效果显著,可以有效控制患者血糖,提高患者糖代谢功能,血糖达标时间大大缩短,改善血液流变学以及血脂情况,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of metformin and insulin aspart 30 in combination in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and ex-perimental group. Patients in the control group received subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 only. And patients in the ex-perimental group were treated with metformin and insulin aspart 30 in combination. Indexes like blood glucose, blood lipids, blood rheology changes were compared. And the time blood glucose reaches to normal and body mass index were recorded. Results Fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups. And these indexes were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group. In the experimental group, the mean time for blood glucose to reach normal was（5. 4 ± 1. 5）d. And it was （8. 8 ± 1. 8）d in the control group. TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly lower after treatment in both groups. And TC, TG of the patients in experimental group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group. And plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate were significantly better after treatment in both groups. And the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Metformin and insulin aspart 30 in combination can effectively control blood glucose, improve glucose metabolism function of the patients, reduce time for blood glucose to reach normal, improve blood rheology and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes.
