摘要
目的 探讨术前访视应用自制卡通画册对学龄前腹腔镜手术患儿焦虑的影响。方法 选择2015年1~12月在佛山市妇幼保健院择期行腹腔镜手术的学龄前患儿100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为卡通画册组（研究组）和常规访视组（对照组）。应用改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表（MYPAS）对患儿术前访视时（T1）,进入麻醉诱导室时（T2）、麻醉诱导时（T3）的焦虑状态做量化评分。测量患儿T1和T3时的心率、血压。结果 在T1时,两组患儿的心率和血压比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在T3时,两组患儿的心率、血压比较,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。在T1时,两组的MYPAS焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在T2、T3时,两组的MYPAS焦虑评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 术前访视应用卡通画册的方法可减轻患儿术前的焦虑情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative interview with self-made cartoon pictures on anxiety of preschool children undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods 100 cases of preschool children in maternal and child health care hospital of Foshan city for elective laparoscopic surgery from January to December 2015 were selected as the research object.They were divided into the cartoon group（study group） and the routine visit group （control group） by using the method of random number table.The state anxiety of children＇ preoperative visit （%）,enter the room induction of anesthesia（T2）,during induction of anesthesia （T3） of was assessed by modified Yale peri operative anxiety scale（MY- PAS）.The heart rate and blood pressure were measured at T1 and T3 in children.Results At %,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the two groups was compared respectively,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.O5）;at the T3,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the two groups was compared respectively,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.O5）.At Tl,the MYPAS anxiety score of the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;at T2, T3,the MYPAS anxiety score of the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The method of using cartoon pictures before operation can reduce the anxiety of the pa- tients before operation.
