摘要
通过田口方法试验设计技术(DOE),研究了压制温度、压制压力以及保压时间等工艺参数对ADC12铝合金废屑固相再生压制(CSP)坯料质量的影响。根据信噪比(S/N)和方差分析(ANOVA)对试验结果进行分析,并对其工艺参数进行了优化,通过试验对该方法的有效性及其置信区间进行了验证。通过田口方法获得的最优工艺方案:压制温度为250℃、压制压力为640 MPa,保压时间为47s。
The effects of processing parameters,such as pressing temperature,pressing pressure and holding pressure time,on quality of ADC12 recycling billet produced by chip solid pressing(CSP)were investigated by Taguchi method and design of experiment(DOE).Optimization of processing parameters was carried out on the basis of the signal-to-noise ratio(S/N)and analysis of variance(ANOVA)of experimental results.Then the validity of the method and its confidence interval were confirmed by the verification test.The results show that optimized process parameters are presented as follows:pressing temperature of 250 ℃,pressing pressure of 640 MPa and holding pressure time of 47 s.
