摘要
目前对道德治理存在着手段性解释、对象性解释和统一性解释。基于统一性解释并从现代治理理论视域来理解,道德治理就是社会多主体在国家治理过程中,通过多种方式和手段化解社会伦理道德问题,以促进社会与个体共同发展的动态过程。若要深刻理解道德治理的内涵,还应在道德治理与以德治国、道德建设、法律治理、道德教育与道德赏罚等的比较中来把握。
At present, there are three explanations about moral governance, which are means of interpretation, interpretation of the object and the interpretation of unity.Based on the unity of interpretation and from perspective of modern governance theory to understand, moral governance is the process that social multi-agent resolve the social ethical and moral problems through a variety of ways and means in order to maintaining social order and promoting the process of self-development in nationa governance.To deeply understand the connotation of moral governance, we should compare moral governance with ruling the country with vertues, moral construction, legal governance,moral education,maral rewards and punishment in order to grasp.
