摘要
美国大学先修课程追求系统化、个性化、分层化和精英化的教育理念。其优势主要有:增加课程选择性,推进学生个性化发展;缩短大学适应期,提升学生大学期间竞争力;增加贯通性,推动高中大学整体发展。同时大学先修课程也存在局限性:增加学业负担;加剧考试竞争;导致新的教育不公等。我国大学先修课程推进亟待正确处理推进公平与提高评价有效性的关系,有效化解课程要求较高与师资力量薄弱的矛盾,避免引发新一轮应试和低水平复制大学课程现象,构建中国特色的课程体系与深化教学方法、教育评价改革并重。
The advanced placement courses in American universities have following characteristics such as systematization, individuation, stratification, and elitism. The advantages mainly include increasing selectivity of the courses, promoting students' personality, shortening the adaptation period of university, enhancing students' competitiveness during the university, improving the convergence, promoting students' coordinated development during high school and university. There also exist some limitations, such as increasing the academic burdens for students, aggravating the competition in the examination, leading to new educational inequality and so on. In our country, we should be concerned about the following issues to promote our advanced placement courses, how to correctly deal with the relationship between promoting fairness and improving the effectiveness of evaluation, effectively resolve the conflict between high curriculum requirements and weak teaching forces, avoid triggering a new round of examination-targeted practice and low-level copy of university curriculum, and pay equal attention on constructing the curriculum system with Chinese characteristics and deepen the teaching methods and education appraisal reform, and so on.
