摘要
目的 探究右美托咪定在腰椎手术行椎管内麻醉的应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年5月-2016年4月收治的56例腰椎间盘突出症及腰椎骨折患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,各28例。研究组予以右美托咪定椎管内麻醉,对照组予以咪达唑仑椎管内麻醉。观察两组患者镇痛效果及镇静效果。结果 研究组镇痛效果优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组麻醉后Ramsay评分均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对实施腰椎手术行右美托咪定椎管内麻醉,可提高其镇静及镇痛效果,在临床研究中具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine anesthesia in surgery for lumbar spinal canal. Methods 56 cases of lumbar disc herniation and lumbar vertebrae fracture were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,28 cases in each group.The study group was treated with dexmedetomidine intraspinal anesthesia,the control group was given midazolam intraspinal anesthesia. Analgesic effects and sedative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The analgesic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The Ramsay scores of the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of lumbar spine surgery with dexmedetomidine intraspinal anesthesia can significantly improve its sedative and analgesic effects and has an important significance in clinical studies.
