摘要
随着中亚国家经济发展以及其与我国政治文化交流增多,中亚留学生已经逐步正成为来华留学生的重要组成部分。本文以在西安留学的哈萨克斯坦留学生为例,从其留学原因、构成特点等方面进行分析。在实证研究基础之上,得出高校在管理方面的不足提出了一些对哈萨克斯坦留学生管理与教育的建议:改革留学生管理方式,实行无差别的"趋同"管理;加强留学生管理部门的培训;注重对低龄学生的引导与发挥同辈群体的作用。
With the Asian central countries economic development and its communication with China＇s political culture, the Asian central students are becoming an important part of foreign students. This essay use the Kazakhstan students studying in xihn as an example, from the aspects of its study in reason, constitute characteristics were analyzed. Based on empirical research, it is concluded that insufficient in the management of colleges and universities and puts forward some suggestions to kazakhstan student management and education： the reform of students management way, the indifference of＂ convergence＂ management; To strengthen the students management training; Pay more attention to the guide for young students to play the role of peer groups.
