摘要
针对传统工艺方案选择主要依靠单因素和经验,导致工艺方案优选可信度和准确性降低的问题;分析了影响工艺方案选择的约束因素,建立了一种两级结构的多目标工艺方案优选模型,以加工时间、加工成本、加工质量、环境影响为主要优化指标;提出并设计了基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)进行求解工艺方案优选的层次分析模型算法。由于各评价指标之间单位和量纲不同,导致各评价指标之间存在不可公度性问题,提出了采用隶属度函数进行数据标准化处理。结合某航空制造企业叶片机械加工工艺方案优选的案例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
In viewof the traditional craft plan optimization relies mainly on the single factor and experience,leads to reduce the credibility and accuracy of process plan optimization selection. The constraint factors of process plan optimization selection is analyzed and multi-objects process plan optimization selection model of a two-stage structure is built. The five optimization objects include processing time、processing cost、processing quality and environment impact. The algorithm of solving process plan optimization selection hierarchical model is put forward and designed basing on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( FAHP). While standardizing data membership degree is adopted to finish it. Finally,an aircraft engine blade was developed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm.
