摘要
目的探讨专病一体化护理对老年代谢综合征(MS)患者营养干预效果的影响。方法 110例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理方法,对患者的病情资料和基本情况进行了解,指导其饮食和病情注意事项。观察组患者在对照组基础上给予专病一体化护理方法进行干预。干预4月后观察2组患者体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、血压、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。并对2组患者护理后的营养状况和营养知识掌握进行检测。结果 2组患者干预4月后,除BMI外,其他营养学指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者营养良好率和营养知识掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以专病一体化护理模式为基础的治疗方式对老年MS患者营养干预效果有一定的影响,可以明显改善患者的疾病状态,具有很大的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of integration of special disease care on nutrition intervention in the elderly patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods 110 patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional care, and basic informations of the patients were observed, and the diet and precautions of disease were guided. The observation group was given integration of special disease care on the basic treatment of control group. The levels of body mass index （BMI）, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose（ FPG）, post- prandial 2 h blood glucose （2hPG）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were detected and compared 4 months after the intervention. Nutritional status and the situa- tion of undrestanding nutrition knowledge in the two groups after treatment were evaluated. Results Except the BMI,the levels of nutrition index of two groups were improved significantly （P〈0. 05）, and there was significant difference observed be- tweent the two groups（P〈0. 05）.The nutritional status and the situation of understanding nutrition knowledge in observation group were better than those in control gruop （ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Integration of special disease care significantly improves the nutritional status in the elderly patients with metabolic syndrome.
