三种规格凡纳滨对虾抗WSSV性能的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了掌握WSSV病毒在对虾养殖过程中的发病规律,本实验以对虾抗WSSV性能是否与规格大小存在相关性为目的,通过投喂攻毒和荧光定量PCR检测,对3种不同体长规格(3.0-5.0cm、5.1—7.0cm、7.1-9.0cm)凡纳滨对虾的抗WSSV性能进行了初步研究。结果显示,3种规格对虾在攻毒12天后的抗WSSV性能有所差异,分别为0.581,0.514和0.465,具有规格越大抗WSSV性能越弱的趋势。
