摘要
色谱技术是一种分离复杂混合物中各个组分并且进行检测的有效方法,在农药残留检测中广泛应用。本文主要综述了当前色谱技术(气相色谱、液相色谱、毛细管电泳和色谱-质谱联用)在农药残留检测中的应用进展,并且就农药检测今后的发展方向进行了展望,期望对于今后色谱技术在农药残留检测中的发展有一定的借鉴意义。
Chromatographic technique is an effective way of separating and analyzing each component in the complex mixtures,which is widely used in determination of pesticide residues.This paper reviewed the application progress of chromatographic technique[gas chromatography（GC）,liquid chromatography（LC）,capillary electrophoresis（CE）and chromatography-mass（GC-MS）] in determination of pesticide residues,and forecasted further developing direction of pesticide residue detection,which was expected to offer a reference for the future development of chromatographic technique in determination of pesticide residues.
