摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了添加La助剂的Ni-La/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,用于苯加氢制环己烷反应,考察了La助剂对催化剂加氢性能的影响以及反应条件对催化剂活性的影响,并用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:稀土氧化物La_2O_3可使催化剂中Ni晶粒度变小,分散度增加,且能削弱载体与Ni物种之间的相互作用,抑制NiAl_2O_4的形成,提高催化剂的加氢活性。在反应压力0.8MPa、反应温度160℃、氢/苯比(氢气与苯的物质的量比)4∶1、空速(单位时间内催化剂处理物料的体积与所用催化剂的体积比)6h-1的条件下,苯加氢制环己烷产率可达100%。
A series of Ni-La/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by adding La and adopting the methods of isometric impregnation.The catalysts were characterized with XRD and SEM,respectively.Inspecting the effects of adding La on the hydrogenation activity of catalysts.The results show that adding a moderate amount of La promotes the dispersing of Ni on the carrier,weaks the interaction between Ni and the carrier further,inhibits the formation of NiAl2O4.And the activity of La2O3 catalyst was higher than Ni/γ-Al2O3.The conversion rate is 100% with the best reaction conditions:p=0.8 MPa,T=160 ℃,n(H2)∶n(benzene)=4∶1,air speed 6h^-1.
