摘要
通过分析MLS的核心运营机制,指出中国房地产经纪行业要想真正实现经纪人或经纪公司之间的信息资源共享与合作共赢,缩短交易时间,节约交易成本,提升交易效率,就必须在全行业内大力推行单向的独权/独家代理和佣金分成机制,而且必须将两个机制有机结合起来。
Through the analysis of the core operating mechanism of MLS, the author points out that if China's real estate brokerage industry wants to truly realize information resource sharing and win-win cooperation between the brokers or brokerage companies to shorten the transaction time, save the transaction cost and improve the transaction efficiency, it must be vigorously promote Exclusive right to sell/Exclusive agency listing and commission sharing mechanisms in the whole industry, and combine these two mechanisms together.
