摘要
目的：探讨胃管固定新方法在ICU的临床应用效果。方法：将2013年7月-2015年3月ICU收治的86例进行留置胃管的患者随机分为试验组45例和对照组4l例，试验组采用新型胃管固定装置固定胃管；对照组采用传统胶布固定法，比较两组患者的胃管脱管、固定胃管时间、留置时间、患者舒适度评分、不良反应发生情况。结果：两组患者胃管脱管、留置时间、患者舒适度评分、不良反应发生情况的比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组固定胃管时间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：胃管固定新方法能够提高胃管固定质量。
Objective ： To explore the clinical application effects of new method of gastric tube fixation in ICU. Methods ： Randomly divided 86 patients taken gastric intubation admitted in ICU from July 2013 to March 2015 into experimental group with 45 patients and control group 41 patients, the experimental group adopted new gastric tube fixation device to fix gastric tube; the control group adopted traditional tape fixation method, compared gastric tube detach- ment, gastric tube fixation time, retention time, patients ＇ comfort scores and the condition of adverse reaction occurrence of patients in the two groups. Re- sults ： The differences of gastric tube detaching, retention time, patients ＇ comfort scores and occurrence condition of adverse reactions were all of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the gastric tube fixation time of the two groups was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The new method of gastric tube fixation can improve gastric tube fixation quality.
