摘要
从绿色经济效益、绿色资源利用、绿色生产发展、绿色减排控制、绿色支持力度五个方面构建产业绿色转型的系统评价体系。引入熵值法改进的灰局势决策模型,对近五年来福建省及其九大设区市的产业绿色转型现状进行综合评价,比较各区域的产业绿色转型变化趋势及其影响因素,提出福建省区域产业绿色转型的战略框架。
This paper established an evaluation index system about industry green transformation from the aspects of green economic benefits, green resources utilization, green production development, green pollution controls, and green support efforts. An improved method of grey situation decision based on entropy was introduced to systematically assess the regional actuality of industry green transformation of 9 municipalities in Fujian Province in recent 5 years. Through comparing the change trends and influence factor of different regions, it suggests the strategic framework of regional industry green transformation in Fujian.
