新时期民族地区旅游引领产业群精准扶贫机制与政策研究被引量：23

摘要精准扶贫是我国扶贫新阶段扶贫开发的重大战略部署之一,产业扶贫是精准扶贫的关键。旅游业作为新兴的综合性产业,具有促进经济社会发展的多重功能。发展旅游业已成为较多民族地区摆脱贫困、实现跨越式发展的首选举措。文章以旅游产业为引领,以生态、旅游、民族文化和特色农业"四链"特色产业群为精准扶贫机制,进行了理论分析和案例分析,提出产业政府主导化、产业精英引领化、产业生产组织化、产业发展生态化、产业民众参与化等相关的政策建议。
