摘要
采用传统固相反应法在不同烧结温度(1 080℃、1 100℃、1 120℃和1 140℃)下制备了铌酸钾钠陶瓷,分别对4组陶瓷样品的室温微观结构、表面形貌、压电性能、介电性能和铁电性能进行了测试分析.结果表明:制备出的陶瓷均为正交结构,烧结温度为1 100℃时得到的样品压电性能要优于其他3组样品,d33=112 p C/N,ε=271,tanδ=0.1853,Pr=12.56μC/cm2,Ec=9.87 k V cm,KP=0.289.
potassium-sodium niobate ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-phase technique in differ-ent temperatures(1 080 ℃,1 100 ℃,1 120 ℃ and 1 140 ℃).And their microscopic structure,complex permittivity,dielectric loss,piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of each parameter were measured.The results show that dif-ferent sintering temperatures does not change the basic structure of the ceramic samples,all samples show ortho-rhombic structure.When the sintering temperature was 1 100 ℃,the Piezoelectric performance is superior to theother three groups of samples,d33=112 p C/N,ε=271,tanδ=0.1853,Pr=12.56 μC/cm2,Ec=9.87 k V/cm,Kp=0.289.
