不同运行方式对垂直潜流人工湿地堵塞进程的影响 被引量:4

Influence of different operation modes on clogging process in subsurface vertical flow constructed wetland

摘要 探究并对比了不同运行方式下垂直潜流人工湿地(VSSF)的堵塞进程.试验结果表明,VSSF发生堵塞的成因主要是由于填料层中不可滤物质的积累,基于不可滤物质积累的微观概念模型,填料层中被截留物质的含量随系统运行时间的延长而增大,被截留物质的增加则会直接导致填料层孔隙率和水力传导系数的减少。与连续试运行方式相比,间歇式运行方式的采用可使VSSF的雍水发生时间有所延迟,其填料层孔隙率与水力传导系数的下降速率亦有所降低,间歇式运行方式可有效减少不可滤有机物量,并可降低被截留物质的积累速率。另外,间歇式运行方式对VSSF中ORP的降低亦有一定的延缓作用,该运行方式的实施可有效缓解VSSF的堵塞进程,进而延长VSSF的使用寿命。 A comparison study of the clogging process in subsurface vertical flow constructed wetland (VSSF) at different operation modes was carried out when the hydraulic loading rate(HLR) was 0.5 m3 ( m2 d) - 1. The results showed that, the accumulation of non-filter materials in the substratum layer was the main reason causing clogging in the VSSF, and non-falter materials consisted of non-filter organic ma- terials and non-filter inorganic materials. Based on the microscopic conceptual model of non-filter materials accumulation in the substratum layer, the content of non-filter materials in the substratum layer in- creased as the running time of VSSF increased, which then lead to porosity and hydraulic conductivity of the substratum layer decrease at the same time. Compared with continuous operation, the adoption of intermittent operation could postpone the occurrence of ponding in VSSF, the descending rates of porosity and hydraulic conductivity of VSSF could also be reduced during the running process of VSSF. All of these could be attributed to the lower accumulation rate of the retained materials in VSSF with intermittent operation during the running process because of the significant reduction in amount of non-filter organic materials. In addition, the adoption of intermittent operation not only optimized the oxidation-reduction environment in VSSF but also slowed the decline of the ORP values in the substratum layer during the running process. In this study, the clogging process could be mitigated due to the implementation of anti-clogging measures, and the risk of clogging in VSSF could be reduced via the implementation of intermittent operation.
