摘要
以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)、3-烯丙氧基-2-羟基-1-丙磺酸(AHPS)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,合成了一种抗高温水泥浆降失水剂。通过红外光谱对其进行了表征,评价了添加抗高温降失水剂的水泥浆综合性能。结果表明,加有抗高温降失水剂的水泥浆API滤失量可以控制在50mL以下,抗温能力可达150℃。降失水剂使水泥浆的稠化时间稍有延长,抗压强度略有降低,抗析水能力增强,抗盐能力可达到36%。
In this paper,a high temperature resistant fluid loss additive for cement slurry was synthesized using DMAA,AHPS,AMPS and AA,and was characterized through infrared spectrum.The synthetical performances of the cement slurry added with fluid loss additive were evaluated.The results show that the API fluid loss of that cement slurry can be controlled below 50 mL,and its temperature tolerance can be up to 150℃.The thickening time of cement slurry is extended slightly,yet its compressing strength is decreased lightly and its water precipitation resistance is also improved.Its salt-resistance performance is enough to reach 36% of salt concentration.
