摘要
目的探究危机管理在口腔门诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年10月—2015年10月前来该院口腔门诊接受治疗的79例患者作为研究组,在常规护理中增加危机管理;选择同时期口腔门诊患者79例患者作为对照组,实行相应常规护理干预,对比两组患者护理干预的应用效果。结果研究组的不良事件发生率为5.06%,明显低于对照组的15.19%,且二者组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理满意度对比上,研究组为96.20%,对照组为87.34%,二者组间对比下,研究组的护理满意度明显更优,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将危机管理应用在口腔门诊护理管理中,具有较高应用价值,不仅能够减少不良事件的发生,保证患者治疗过程的安全性,而且获得较高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study the application effect of crisis management in the nursing management in dental clinic.Methods 79 cases of patients treated in the dental clinic in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research group, 79 cases of patients treated at the same period in the dental clinic in our hospital were selected as the control group, and the control group adopted routine nursing intervention, the research group added the crisis management on the basis of the control group, and the application effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group(5.06% vs 15.19%), and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P 0.05), the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group(96.20% vs 87.34%), and the difference had statistical significance by comparison(P0.05). Conclusion The application value of crisis management in the nursing management in dental clinic is higher, which can not only reduce the occurrence of adverse events and ensure the safety during treatment, but also obtain a higher nursing satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion.
