摘要
目的探究高血压脑出血术后并发多器官功能衰竭临床情况,并探究干预的方法。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2015年12月间接收的25例高血压脑出血术后并发多器官功能衰竭患者进行分析,探究患者疾病情况和干预方法。结果患者的功能衰竭涉及到肝、肾、心、脑等多个器官,立即采用清除自由基治疗的方法对患者进行干预,同时采用改善脑细胞代谢的药物后15例患者死亡,其它患者均得到一定程度的恢复。结论高血压脑出血病情危急,容易出现多器官衰竭,因此我们不仅要对患者进行脑部监测,同时要对患者其它器官进行密切观察,并应该及早做好预防措施,改善患者临床情况,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage complicated with multiple organ failure after clinical situations, and to explore the methods of intervention. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 received 25 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage complicated with multiple organ failure after analysis, to explore the patients disease situation and intervention methods. Results The patients with function failure involving multiple organs such as liver, kidney, heart, brain, we adopt the method of scavenging free radicals treatment immediately intervention for patients, by improving brain metabolism of drugs at the same time, 15 patients after death, other patients have a certain degree of recovery. Conclusion Hypertension cerebral hemorrhage in critical condition, prone to multiple organ failure, so we should not only for patients with brain monitoring, at the same time want to close observation of patients with other organs, and should be early prevention measures, improve the clinical situation, improve the effect of treatment.
