细粒煤泥对粗粒煤泥浮选的抑制机理研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过实验室浮选试验和理论分析,对细粒煤泥(-0.074mm)抑制粗粒煤泥(+0.074mm)浮选的机理进行了探讨。结果表明:粗粒煤泥单独浮选时具有很高的浮选产率,与细粒煤泥混合浮选时(细粒煤泥含量为27.82%),粗粒煤泥产率降低65.69%,与高岭土混合浮选时(高岭土含量27.82%),粗粒煤泥的产率不受影响;粗粒煤泥的产率随着捕收剂的增加而增大,继续增加捕收剂用量,产率变化缓慢;浮选矿浆中六偏磷酸钠的添加量为2500g/t时,粗粒煤泥产率提高18.86%,六偏磷酸钠通过降低细粒煤泥与粗粒煤泥间的作用力改善粗粒煤泥的浮选;通过偏反光显微镜观察到细粒煤泥颗粒主要是煤和矿物杂质的伴生体,兼具亲水性和疏水性表面;根据扩展DLVO理论分析得出细粒煤泥罩盖使得粗粒煤泥的疏水表面减少,抑制了粗粒煤泥的浮选。 The effect of the fine coal fractions on the flotation of the coarse fractions is studied by the laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis. The results show that the coarse fractions exhibits a fairly high flotation recovery while shows a sharply decrease by 65.69% in the presence of fine fractions, however, the kaolinite has none effect on that. The concentrate yield rises up with the increasing collector addition, and keeps steady ultimately. The concentrate yield of the coarse fraction increases by 18.86% with an addition of 2500g/t sodium hexametaphosphate, which reduces interaction force between the coarse coal and fine coal particles. Fine coal particles are mainly constituted by coal and mineral impurities associated body with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces. According to extended DLVO theory analysis, slime coating can reduce the hydrophobic surface area and inhibit the flotation of the coarse coal.
