摘要
本试验旨在研究发酵啤酒糟替代部分豆粕对肉鹅生长性能、免疫器官指数及肉质的影响。试验选用150只1日龄的健康皖西杂交白鹅,随机分为3个处理组,每组5个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,在试验1、2组的日粮中分别用发酵啤酒糟替代基础日粮中5%和10%的豆粕。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1组肉鹅平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),试验2组肉鹅生长性能在整个试验期内未发生明显改变(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验1组肉鹅胸腺指数和脾脏指数在试验早期均极显著提高(P<0.01),但各试验组间肉鹅法氏囊指数差异均不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验1、2组肉鹅滴水损失最小、肉色好,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,用发酵啤酒糟替代日粮中5%的豆粕可以提高肉鹅的生长性能,用发酵啤酒糟替代日粮中10%的豆粕对肉鹅生长性能无影响,对杂交皖西白鹅生长、肉质相对有利。
This study was conducted to research the effect of dietary with partial soybean meal replaced with fermented brewer's grain on growth performance, immune organ index and meat quality of the hybrid of wanxi white goose. The Feeding trial used 150 1-day-old healthy hybrid wanxi white geese with similar body weight, which were randomly allocated into 3 treatment groups with 5 replicates per group of 10 geese each per replicate. The control group was fed with basal diet, while the treatment groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 5 or 10 percent of fermented brewer's grain respectively for 6 weeks. Compared with the control group, the Average Day Gain (AVG) of group 1 was increased significantly (P〈0.05), while the AVG of group 2 was not significantly changed (P〉0.05). The thymus index and spleen index were significantly changed during the early stage of experiments (P〈0.01), while the bursal index of each treatment group was not significantly changed (P〉0.05). Compared with the control group, the Drip Loss and the meat colors of group 1 and 2 were best, however they were not significantly different. So, the 5 percent soybean meal replaced with fermented brewer's gain will help to increase the growth performance of meat geese. The 10 percent soybean meal replaced with fermented brewer's gain did not increase the growth performance of meat geese, but it can result in better growth performance and meat color of the hybrid of wanxi white goose.
