摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科理念在促进异位妊娠患者术后康复中的有效性和安全性。方法选取唐山市妇幼保健院于2012年2月—2013年11月收治的100例异位妊娠患者,按入院时间分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用加速康复外科理念进行护理,对照组采用常规的围手术护理,比较二组患者肛门排气时间、禁食时间和营养对术后的影响、术后并发症发生情况、术后活动力恢复时间以及住院医药费和住院天数。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者术后首次肛门排气、停止输液时间以及活动时间均提前,术后体重下降量减小,并发症和住院时间减少,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科理念在异位妊娠患者围术期的应用不仅仅减少术后并发症、缩短住院时间以及医疗费用减少,同时提高患者住院期间及术后生活质量,有着一定的可行性和安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of accelerate rehabilitation surgery concept in promoting recovery of ectopic pregnancy. Methods One hundred patients with eetopie pregnancy were selected from author＇s hospital during February 2012 and November 2013. These patients were divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases according to chronological order. The control group received conventional perioperative nursing, while the observation group received accelerate rehabilitation surgery concept. Anal exhaust time, nutrition effect on postoperative fasting time, postoperative complica- tions, postoperative activity recovery time and hospitalization medical expenses and hospitalization days were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, patients in observation group got shortened postoperative anal exhaust, infusion time and activity time for the first time, and decreased post- operative patients with weight lost,and markedly shortened hospitalization time, reduced complications and the hospital cost obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The concept＂ of accelerate rehabilitation surgery concept in patients with ectopic pregnancy patients with perioperative application will not only reduce the postopera- tive complications, shorten hospitalization days and reduce medical expense, postoperative hospital stay and patients life quality improved significantly,has certain feasibility and safety. It is worthy of clinical promo- tion.
