Cr_2O_3-TiO_2涂层的摩擦学性能研究及其在超声电机上的应用

摘要 针对直线超声电机定子驱动头磨损严重的问题,利用大气等离子喷涂技术在定子驱动头表面喷涂了耐磨陶瓷涂层,研究了CeO_2掺杂改性Cr_2O_3-TiO_2耐磨陶瓷涂层的力学性能和摩擦学性能。并采用X射线衍射仪分析相结构,用扫描电镜观察磨损后涂层表面形貌,分析磨损机理。结果表明:涂层只有Cr_2O_3衍射峰,分析认为CeO_2、TiO_2和Cr_2O_3形成了固溶体;随着CeO_2增加,涂层的硬度和结合强度增加;添加4 wt%CeO_2的涂层表现出较好的抗磨损性能。稀土的加入没有改变涂层的磨损机理,涂层的磨损机理为粘着磨损和脆性剥落磨损。 Aiming at the problem of severe wear in linear ultrasonic motor stator driving head, the wear-resisting ceramic coatings were deposited by atmospheric plasma spraying on the stator of ultrasonic motor. The mechanical property and tribological behavior of Cr2O3-TiO2 wear-resisting ceramic coatings doped with additive CeO2 was studied. The worn surfaces of coatings were analyzed by SEM and the phase transition was characterized by XRD. The results showed that only Cr2O3 phase was detected. Analysis suggested that CeO2, Ti O2 and Cr2O3 formed a solid solution. The hardness and bonding strength of coatings were increased with the increase of CeO2 content. The coating with 4 wt% CeO2 behaved the best anti-wear property. The wear mechanism of ceramic coating was not changed when adding the rare earth. All the coatings showed adhesive wear and brittle split wear.
