摘要
目的观察金菊利咽口含片治疗急性咽炎的临床效果。方法选取我院治疗的急性咽炎患者94例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各47例,治疗组采用金菊利咽口含片治疗,对照组给予银黄含化片治疗,对比2组治疗前及治疗1疗程后中医临床证候积分改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后临床症状积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组愈显率80.9%明显高于对照组的57.4%(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中无肝肾损伤发生,未发现明显不良反应。结论金菊利咽口含片可有效缓解急性咽炎患者临床症状,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinju Liyan troches in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute pharyngitis were randomized into the observation group and the control group,each 47 cases.The patients in the observation group were given Jinju Liyan troches,while the patients in the control group were given Yinhuang tablets.The improvement of TCM clinical symptom scores,the clinical efficacy,and the occurrence of adverse reactions before treatment and one course after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of clinical symptom scores after treatment in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The cured rate in the observation group 80.9％,was significantly higher than that in the control group 57.4％ （P ＜ 0.05）.During the treatment process,no liver and kidney injury occurred,and no obvious adverse reactions were discovered.Conclusion Jinju Liyan troches in the treatment of acute pharyngitis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,with no obvious adverse reactions.
