摘要
目的运用数据挖掘技术,对现代针灸治疗心律失常的相关文献进行整理分析,为临床治疗提供参考和理论依据。方法选取针灸治疗心律失常的相关文献,对腧穴的选用频次、归经、属性、分布等进行统计分析。结果穴位总数为46个,总频次为280次,涉及12条经脉。结论现代文献针灸治疗心律失常主要取穴为内关和神门,最常用的经脉为手厥阴心包经,所在部位主要为四肢部腧穴,特定穴类别选用主要是五输穴。
Objective Using data mining technology,the modem literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of arrhythmia,To provide the reference and theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods Selection related literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of arrhythmia of acupoints,and the selection of frequency distribution,properties,such as statistical analysis.Results Acupuncture points total to 46,the total frequency for 280 times,involving 12 meridians.Conclusion Through data mining,the modem literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of arrhythmia mainly find inside the door shut and god,the most commonly used meridians of hand jue the pericardium meridian,which is mainly for the limbs of acupoints,specific point category five acupoints selection is mainly.
