摘要
目的观察银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效及其对外周血细胞因子水平的影响。方法将90例寻常性银屑病患者根据随机数字表法分为两组,全部患者予阿维A胶囊口服,治疗组同时予银屑胶囊口服,比较两组患者的临床疗效及其外周血白介素-2(IL-2),IL-4,IL-10,IL-17,IL-23及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β1)的水平。结果治疗结束后,治疗组患者PASI评分(3.62±2.03)及血清IL-2,IL-17和IL-23水平均明显低于对照组PASI评分(6.22±2.33)及血清IL-2,IL-17和IL-23水平,治疗组有效率(42.22%)及血清IL-4,IL-10和TGF-β1水平均明显高于对照组有效率(20.00%)及血清IL-4,IL-10和TGF-β1水平,前述差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效显著,其可能通过降低炎性细胞因子IL-2,IL-17,IL-23水平及提高IL-4,IL-10和TGF-β1水平发挥作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Yinxie capsules and acitretin capsules for psoriasis vulgaris and their effects on cytokines in peripheral blood. Methods Ninty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. The control group orally took acitretin capsules alone, and the treatment group took both Yinxie capsules and acitretin capsules. The clinical efficacy and the serum levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-17, IL-23 and TGF-β1 were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PASI scores, and the serum levels of IL-2, IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the controls （ PASI cores 3.62 ±2.03 for the treatment group and 6. 22 ±2. 33 for the controls, P 〈 0. 05 for all parameters between the groups）. The efficacy, and the serum levels of IL-4, IL-10 and TGF-β1 were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the controls （ effective rate 42.22% for the treatment group and 20.00% for the controls, P 〈 0. 05 for all parameters between the groups）. Conclusion Combination of Yinxie capsules and acitretin capsules is effective for psoriasis vulgaris, possibly resulting from the reduction in serum levels of IL-2, IL-17 and IL-23, and increase in the serum levels of IL-4, IL-10 and TGF-β1.
