Power Supply Design of High Frequency Switching

摘要 针对开关稳压电源的高频化、模块化和集成化,设计了一种基于半桥拓扑的高频开关稳压电源,提出了一种简单、可靠的驱动电路,结合SG3525A芯片的PWM信号和半桥高频逆变的拓扑结构,实现了稳定的电压输出;通过实验验证了驱动信号具有良好的波形质量,电源的输出纹波电压仅在50 m V左右,符合稳压电源的要求;在带载测试下,电路输出可维持在24 V左右,具有输出电压稳定、可靠性高、效率高和通用性强等优点。 For a switching power supply of high frequency, modularization and integration, a high frequen- cy switching power supply based on half bridge topology was designed through the experiment. A simple and reliable driving circuit was proposed, and the stable voltage output was realized by combining the high frequency PWM signal of SG3525A chip and half bridge inverter topology structure. It was verified by ex- periment the drive signals have good quality,and the output of power supply ripple voltage is only around 50 mV, meeting the requirements of power supply. Under the load test,the output voltage can maintain at about 24 V. The designed circuit is stable in output voltage with high reliability, efficiency and versatility.
