过氧化脲牙贴的主要用途是美白牙齿,其作用机理是氧化脲在体内分解出过氧化氢。过氧化氢是一种强氧化剂,能进入牙釉质及牙本质内,与其中的色素基团结合,发生氧化还原反应,使大分子的色素分解成小分子的无色物质,从而改变牙釉质、牙本质的颜色,达到牙齿美白的效果。
