摘要
国内马铃薯收获机仅能完成挖掘及集条作业,这种类型的机械需要大量的人力去将马铃薯分级捡拾装袋,不但效率低,而且成本高,一旦遇到极端天气,大量的马铃薯无法被捡拾,种植户将会面临着巨大的损失;通过对带侧向输送装置的马铃薯收获机研制,农户可一次挖掘两行马铃薯,并将马铃薯输送至侧面相邻的未收获的两行马铃薯的垄沟内,然后通过大型联合马铃薯收获机一次收获四行马铃薯,并同时完成升运装车作业,收获后的马铃薯集中运回仓库进行筛选分级仓储处理,收获效率得到有效的提高。
Main model of the domestic potato harvester focus on digging and laying behind function,this model of potato harvester needs a lot of manpower to potato classification collecting,not only lower efficiency,but also higher cost;In the event of severe weather,a lot of potatoes can't be picked up,farmers will face huge losses.Through developing the potato harvester with side transmission function,farmers dig two rows of potatoes and transport to the adjacent two lines which haven't harvested,then harvest four rows of potatoes and elevate to the truck through the combine harvester at one time.Potatoes will be transported to the warehouse for cleaning,grading,palletizing,et al.The harvesting efficiency has been improved.
