摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在该院接受治疗的糖尿病患者184例,随机对两组患者采用人性化护理和常规护理,每组92例,将实施人性化护理的患者归为护理组,而采用常规护理的患者归为对照组。结果采用不同护理方式的护理组和对照组患者,在血糖值的变化以及护理工作的满意度方面,护理组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者采用人性化护理的方式进行护理,有利于降低患者血糖值,保证了患者的身心健康,同时也有利于提高患者对护理工作的满意度,缓解了护患之间的矛盾,加强了护患关系,具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing in diabetes care.Methods Select 2015-2016 January in January in our hospital accepted treatment of 184 cases of diabetic patients randomly using humanized nursing and routine nursing of two groups of patients,92 cases in each group will be implemented humanized nursing of patients classified as nursing group,while the routine nursing care were classified as the control group.Results The different ways of nursing care group and control of two groups of patients,in the changes in blood glucose and nursing satisfaction with nursing care group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients with diabetes mellitus using humanized nursing care,can reduce blood glucose values,to ensure the patient＇s physical and mental health,also is propitious to improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing work,to ease the contradiction between the patients and the nursing,strengthened nurse patient relationship,people care has important significance.
