摘要
针对尿素装置开车引氨阶段液氨过滤器封头法兰密封失效原因进行探讨分析,提出在法兰螺栓两侧安装预紧碟簧方案并予以实施,取得了良好的效果。针对尿素装置高压合成系统设备管道法兰存在密封泄漏隐患,提出建议性解决方案。
In connection with the causes of liquid ammonia filter head flange seal losing efficacy during startup introducing ammonia stage of urea plant, discussion and analysis are carried out, and a proposal of installing preload disc spring at both sides of flange bolts is suggested and implemented, and good effect has been obtained. In connection with hidden perils of pipe flange seal leakage of high pressure synthesis system of urea plant, constructive solution is proposed.
